• In-lab calibrations: A PO is not required before work begins, but a PO or credit card is needed before the instrument is returned.

• Repairs and onsite services: A PO is required before service begins or before technicians are dispatched.

Your quote number serves as your Service Order number. While not required, having a Service Order number is recommended for tracking your instrument during the calibration or repair process. When we generate the Service Order, we will determine what level of service you require, shipping information, payment method, calibration interval, etc.

When you request a Service Order, we will provide instructions on which Stratatek Test & Measurement lab to ship your instruments. The closest lab may not always have the required capability.
