The Megger MIT1525 is the flagship unit in Megger’s MIT series of insulation resistance testers. The unit can perform insulation resistance tests up to 15 kV with a 30 teraohm maximum resistance and an accuracy of ±5 % from 1 MΩ up to 3 TΩ. The MIT1525 includes a full range of test modes including IR, Timed IR, DAR, PI, DD, SV and ramp diagnostic tests.
The MIT1020/2 offers an increased measurement range to 35 TΩ in order to provide trending values for the best of insulating materials used on the higher capitalized equipment. The model features an expanded test voltage range from 50 V to 10 kV, in 10 V increments to 1 kV and 25 V increments above.

The MIT30 is a 30 kV Insulation tester that has been developed to satisfy the demand for a variety of high voltage, high accuracy, low current applications in electrical distribution industries, aerospace and defense applications. The unit offers unparallel accuracy and resolution, with a high voltage output from 0 to 30 kV dc., trip levels from 0 - 360 µA and a resolution of 1 nA (±1.5%).
