The Fluke Calibration 9172 Metrology Well is a precision temperature calibration system designed for high-accuracy calibration and verification of temperature sensors. It provides a temperature range of 35°C to 425°C with excellent stability, uniformity, and immersion depth for minimizing measurement uncertainty.
The 9172 features an 8-inch (203 mm) immersion depth, helping reduce stem-conduction errors when calibrating temperature probes. The unit provides stability as good as ±0.005°C at temperatures from 35°C to 100°C and maintains excellent performance throughout its operating range.
