The Phase Matrix 320A Microwave Frequency Counter / Power Meter is a high-performance instrument designed for accurate RF and microwave frequency measurements. Equivalent to the Agilent 53150A, the 320A measures frequencies from 10 Hz to 125 MHz on Channel 1 and from 50 MHz to 20 GHz on Channel 2. It also provides microwave power measurement capabilities on Channel 2 across the same frequency range.
The 320A offers a maximum frequency resolution of 1 Hz and includes frequency, relative frequency, frequency offset, power, relative power, and power offset measurement functions. With standard GPIB and RS-232 interfaces, it is suitable for laboratory, manufacturing, service, and automated test equipment applications.
