This is a new UNI-T USG5014M RF Signal Generator 9kHz-14Ghz.

USG5000M Series product features DDS (Direct Digital Synthesis) technology, enabling it to generate high-precision, stable waveform output with a frequency range from 9 kHz to 22 GHz.
