Handheld RF spectrum analyzer with 4 GHz and 6 GHz frequency range, optional RTSA, tracking generator, cable and antenna analyzer, interference hunting, 5G/LTE base station testing
The MS2080A builds on Anritsu’s pioneering history of developing reliable and dependable instruments for the world’s most demanding RF measurements in the toughest environments. Weighing less than 9 pounds (4 kg), the MS2080A is small, compact, and easy to carry.
When hunting for interfering RF signals in the field, MS2080A offers a wide range of features to identify and locate the source. A fast sweep speed of 45 GHz/s coupled with AM/FM demod and RF source geolocation help pinpoint the position of interfering signals fast. The optional real-time spectrum analyzer captures even the shortest of bursted or TDD signals and the addition of the S331P Site Master enables cable and antenna line sweep measurements on the same instrument.
LTE and 5G base station measurement options support operators and contractors perform the essential measurements when installing or optimizing the network.
A tracking generator option enables the testing of cable and filter insertion loss. The tracking generator also includes an offset tracking feature for conversion loss measurements on frequency translation devices, including mixers and downconverters.
For use on the bench, the hard case with rubberized easy grip bumpers and integrated kick stand makes the MS2080A an ideal instrument for general purpose lab measurements where portability and space are at a premium.

Anritsu’s Mobile InterferenceHunter MX280007A is a quick and reliable way to find single or multiple sources of interference. The ability to work with multiple signal sources, reflections, RF shadows, drifting signals, bursty signals, and multi-path distinguish the Mobile InterferenceHunter MX280007A from more expensive solutions targeted at single fixed frequency interference sources.
The Mobile InterferenceHunter’s post-capture analysis capability allows users to modify search parameters without re-driving the route. This allows re-analysis of the captured data as well as consulting with experts.
The Mobile InterferenceHunter works with the broad array of Anritsu’s handheld spectrum analyzers, providing interference hunting and spectrum clearing capability from 9 kHz to 54 GHz. The Mobile InterferenceHunter is a quick, reliable, and multi-emitter enabled solution to your interference hunting and spectrum clearing needs.
PC based IQ analysis software
IQ Signal Master MX280005A Vector Signal Analysis Software provides a comprehensive suite of measurements that deliver post processing and analysis of IQ data files captured on the Field Master Pro spectrum analyzers. The software is designed to bring together all the essential tools required to capture IQ data files and then gain critical insights into the nature of the captured signals. Modes within the application, support the ability to capture or stream IQ data into the PC memory, perform modulation quality measurements, playback IQ data with high frequency and time resolution, view LTE and 5G frame resource blocks and playback IQ spectrograms from up to four analyzers in parallel.
A file conversion mode allows IQ data captured on the supported analyzers to be converted to the format required for playback using a Vector Signal Generator MG3710E further enhancing the overall capability.
The software is designed for national RF spectrum regulators, security agencies and defense electronics companies who need to gain critical insight into RF signals that have been captured in the field. It is also suitable for organizations that need to monitor and protect RF spectrum from unlicensed operators or unintended sources of interference
