Fluidex’s vacuum oil purifier offers several significant advantages. Firstly, it increases the dielectric strength of the transformer oil to at least 75 kV, ensuring superior insulation performance and reliability. Additionally, the system facilitates the simultaneous drying of transformers while processing the oil, enhancing the overall efficiency of maintenance operations. This equipment is also adept at the initial filling of electrical apparatus with insulating oil, providing a clean and contamination-free environment for optimal functioning. Furthermore, it allows for the evacuation of transformers and other electrical equipment, ensuring the removal of moisture and air to prevent dielectric breakdown. FLD 77D oil purifiers with a two-stage vacuum system can be used in the energy sector and other industries for filtering, drying, and deep degassing of the following types of dielectric fluids:
