This versatile, multi-function instrument is the perfect economical centerpiece for your test bench, easily expanding to integrate nine instruments into one compact unit. Out of the box, the Uni-T MSO2104X serves as a 100MHz, 4-channel oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, 4-digit voltmeter, 7-digit frequency counter, and serial bus protocol analyzer (supporting RS232/RS422/RS485/UART, I2C, and SPI). Our new 12-bit Enhanced Resolution (ERES) technology ensures crystal-clear signal clarity. The spectrum analyzer offers up to 4Mpts of enhanced FFT, with a frequency range of 0Hz–1.25GHz, featuring waterfall curves, multiple traces and detections, and comprehensive marker tools. The digital voltmeter delivers precise 4-digit measurements for DC/ACRMS/AC+DCRMS, with a limit alarm to alert you when thresholds are exceeded.

 

Your MSO2000X also includes a built-in 7-digit hardware frequency counter, offering adjustable refresh times and a summary counter feature. The Ultra Phosphor 3.0 display architecture helps you detect elusive signals with ease, supported by true multi-window functionality that allows for up to four independently timed windows, which can be arranged to your preference. The MSO2000X offers 54 types of measurements, with the ability to display 27 simultaneously, and provides measurement statistics through histograms or tendency charts.

 

For waveform calculations, standard math operations and digital filters (high, low, band-pass, band-limit) are included. Expand your capabilities by adding the UT-M15 logic probes for 16 channels of digital logic analysis, or unlock the built-in dual-channel, 50MHz arbitrary function generator with the MSO2000X-AWG option. This enables Bode Plot analysis (with MSO2000X-BODE) and Power Analysis, including Power Quality, Harmonic Analysis, Ripple Wave Analysis, Loop Analysis, and Safe Operation Area analysis (with MSO2000X-PWR).

 

Additional bus triggering and decoding options are available, including CAN, CAN-FD, FlexRay, SENT, and more, either individually or in cost-saving bundles. The new Autoset function uses a fast fuzzy algorithm with multi-channel parallel processing to quickly and accurately detect signal amplitudes and frequencies, dramatically improving efficiency. Enhanced navigation and search capabilities allow you to capture and analyze tens of thousands of waveforms in a single capture, with customizable search conditions and advanced analysis functions. The MSO2000X can be controlled via SCPI standard protocols, Python, and Labview, and features a built-in web server for remote operation.

 

With a user-friendly interface combining a 10.1-inch multi-touch screen and traditional controls, this device ensures efficient operation. Easily upgradeable to 200MHz or 300MHz if your bandwidth needs change, it also offers a variety of connectivity options: USB 3.0 Host x 3, USB 3.0 Device, LAN, AUX Out, Generator Out x 2, 10MHz Reference Input, 10MHz Reference Output, and HDMI. The MSO2000X is certified by cETLus, CE, ROHS, and UKCA.
