The Model 845-M-X is a one or two-channel wideband low phase-noise synthesizer operating up to 20 GHz. The module has a sub-Hertz (1 mHz) frequency resolution and uses a high-stability internal reference. The internal reference can be phase-locked to a programmable external reference. The module has a standard USB and LAN interfaces and an optional GPIB interface and can be controlled using the SCPI 1999 command set.
