RFenable offers a series of Burn-In-Systems that consist of a RF amplifier and RF power splitters that support utilizing a single output and distribute it at high power to 12, 24 or 48 Devices Under Test (DUT). The application for these products are typically Burn-in, Run-in, accellerated life or RF life test applications where demonstrated reliability is required on a large scale. The Burn-In-Systems come fully characterized allowing you to get your test system up and running immidiately after you unpack the box.
 
The RF Amplifiers are intented to be placed outside the climatic chamber / Burn-In chamber, where the power splitters are designed to withstand being inside the test chamber and supports an extended temperature range.
 
The Burn-In systems below are RFenable standard offering / off-the-shelf systems targeted for CW / output power, however RFenable can offer Burn-In-Systems in different configurations where e.g. signal integrety and digital modulated signals are the focus.
 
The RFe-BIS-690-2700-24 is a wide band Burn-In System, enabling 24 DUTs to receive a test signal in the 690-2700MHz frequency range. The System consist of 50Watt high power amplifier, power splitter unit and RF connection cable. The Burn In System, enabling up to 24 DUTs to be tested simultaneous at extreme temperatures for RF Life Test.
